Non-Refundable Items:

Return Process:

2. Provide a description of the issue along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos).
3. Upon approval, we will guide you on the next steps for returning the defective item.

Refund Method:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Exceptions:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
